Aquatic Center Welcomes 2 New Fitness Instructors!

Check out these great fitness classes with our 2 new instructors!
 
YOGA
with Aleksandra ~ Early Morning In this class you’ll increase your sense of balance; build strength and endurance, increase concentration and flexibility. All done by experiencing fast paced flow, forward bends, inversions, twists, backbends and balancing poses. This class will reduce physical and emotional effects of stress and anxiety.
Monday & Wednesday 6:15 - 7:15 a.m.
 
ZUMBA
with Mary ~ After Work
This energetic class is a fun-filled cardio dance class put to a Latin beat. You'll learn the basic steps of several Latin dances while burning calories and having fun. Come on in and check out this fabulous and fun class - beginners are always welcome!
Monday & Wednesday 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.

TOTAL ABS
with Mary ~ Evening
After Zumba, stick around for this terrific ab workout! These core-strengthening moves will help you develop the muscle tone and ab strength that you've been looking for.
Monday & Wednesday 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.
