We are here to help you with your wellness goals!  Check out these awesome fitness classes:

Yoga
(Multi-Purpose Room) - This class will have you flowing through poses and trying things you never expected. New to yoga and not sure what to expect? No problem! Each class will be taught with detailed instruction designed to meet each student at the level that they are at. This power based yoga class will have you sweating, stretching, and coming back for more!

Water Yoga (Therapy Pool) - Find all the benefits of yoga without the impact of a hard floor. Adapted for water, this yoga class will have you stretching, balancing and flowing through water.

Strength & Stretch (Multi-Purpose Room) - Before you get too busy with your day, take some time for your mind and body. This class will take you through deep, thoughtful stretching, core strengthening and muscle building. This is a "work at your own pace" guided class.

Aqua Zumba® (4 Ft Mid-Section of Pool) - Aqua Zumba® is the "pool party" workout for all ages! It's perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Pilates (Multi-Purpose Room) - Pilates tones the entire body by lengthening and strengthening muscles, using weights, balls and exercise rings. Focusing mainly on core strength and control. You will feel taller and stronger soon after you begin.

HiFIT (Multi-Purpose Room) - Challenge yourself in this high intensity, high impact workout that will help your body increase and develop a better metabolic and cardio-respiratory endurance, all while burning fat and building strength. Workouts will challenge muscles in neuromuscular adeptness, functional movement, and strength. Every level of fitness is welcome! A Fitness Coach will modify prescribed workouts to individual’s abilities.

Aqua Aerobics (Various Pool Areas) - This class is designed to increase flexibility and muscle tone, with some cardio conditioning. Deep and shallow water will be used.

Deep Water Aerobics (Various Pool Areas)
Deep water provides maximum resistance for a great aerobic workout and is perfect way to increase muscle tone, strength, and flexibility in a non-impact workout.

Making Waves (Various Pool Areas) - This energizing class is a combination of shallow and deep water providing a great cardio workout. The emphasis is on raising the heart rate and maintaining a faster pace.

Finning (Various Pool Areas) - Finning is a unique, high intensity deep water class. You will utilize fins and other equipment to create resistance in the water as you get a great cardio workout and strengthen your core muscles, glutes, and legs.

Water Works (Therapy Pool) - Gentle, safe movements in the warm water of our Therapy Pool. This program is ideal for reducing stiffness and joint pain, and working the body in a safe manner.

Cycling - Saturday morning indoor cycling! Bring your own bike- road bike, mountain bike or hybrid. We provide you with a stationary trainer in our multipurpose room with windows facing south for optimum sunrise viewing. Enjoy loud and energetic music in a fun atmosphere while burning up to 1,000 calories!
