Michigan Lakeshore Swim School

It's hard to believe today's the last day of our 3rd session of swim lessons for Michigan Lakeshore Swim School!  The kids did great - played some games today and had fun, but also showed off their swimming and diving skills for parents, family and friends. Took a few pics of the kids trying out their newly perfected diving skills :) We're looking forward to welcoming the kids from Holland East next Monday!

YOGA

with Aleksandra ~ Early Morning In this class you’ll increase your sense of balance; build strength and endurance, increase concentration and flexibility. All done by experiencing fast paced flow, forward bends, inversions, twists, backbends and balancing poses. This class will reduce physical and emotional effects of stress and anxiety.

Monday & Wednesday 6:15 - 7:15 a.m.

 

ZUMBA

with Mary ~ After Work

This energetic class is a fun-filled cardio dance class put to a Latin beat. You'll learn the basic steps of several Latin dances while burning calories and having fun. Come on in and check out this fabulous and fun class - beginners are always welcome!

Monday & Wednesday 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.

TOTAL ABS

with Mary ~ Evening

After Zumba, stick around for this terrific ab workout! These core-strengthening moves will help you develop the muscle tone and ab strength that you've been looking for.

Fall Schedule

See our fall Splash Brochure for all of the latest Aquatic Center hours, news, classes and more!  This fall we are excited to make improvements to our instructional programs, now named Michigan Lakeshore Swim School.  We are looking forward to a new season, and we hope the changes in class format will help improve the experience for everyone involved.  This fall we are also bringing back our Swamp Kids World of Water program!  This is a unique program geared for children with special needs.  Other programs include our MLA competitive teams, adult fitness programs (including Yoga, Zumba, and LOTS of water aerobics), and private lessons for all ages.  Special events for the fall and winter season will include Resident Appreciation Days, Splish Splash Story Time, and Swim with Santa!  Check out our brochure and then join us for all of the fun here at Holland Aquatic Center!
